■ 七天商品鑑賞期(請注意猶豫期非試用期)：

6.本公司收到您所退回的商品後，退貨處理作業時間約3~5個工作天，作業完成確認無誤後，將於7個工作天內為您辦理退款。

【退貨流程】
1.【辦理方式】請於鑑賞期內聯絡客服中心，並登入本網站會員中心，進入訂單紀錄查詢點選退貨，恕不受理未通知而自行寄回產品者。
2.【退款方式】
若是使用線上刷卡付款之訂單，DDS Beauty將直接辦理退款刷退動作，
請您留意當期或下期帳單。〈如信用卡成立的訂單有使用購物金餘額，信用卡退款僅退刷實際刷卡金額，差額將再退返回購物金中。)
－查詢購物金：若您欲查詢您購物金之金額，可登入網頁右上方【會員登入】，點選進入則可查詢。
－使用購物金：於確認完購物清單時登入會員帳號,將會顯示您帳號可使用之購物金紅利額，當次訂單點選使用購物金或折價券將自動扣除帳戶購物金額。

3.【商品寄回】請保持包裝完整，將欲退還的「完整商品、贈品、發票」一起放入原包裝盒，退回之商品請您用郵局掛號、快遞或是貨運方式寄送，您可自行查詢運送的依據。
4.【其他退貨退款問題】請詳閱如何退換貨(點選可查)。

1.不符上述七天鑑賞期規範者，將無法受理退貨喔！
2.未向客服申請退貨者，將無法受理退貨喔！
3.組合式商品(ex.3件399元)，退貨請整組退貨，不受理單一件退貨。
